It’s good to celebrate and share
As seen on social media after the 2021 ceremony, winners have been keen to share their award win. Without a physical, in-person event this year we were not able to take photos on stage as part of the presentation, so it’s been enjoyable to receive these pictures.
Rachel Chivers, visitor services manager at Aerospace Bristol who won the Best Museum or Gallery Award, summed up the views of all the winners. She said: “We’re so grateful to the readers of Group Leisure & Travel Magazine for once again voting for us.
“We work hard to deliver a first-class day out for every group and we’re always looking to improve and add new experiences. It means so much to see that effort recognised for the second year running.”
Bernard Patry-Makin, travel trade sales & marketing manager at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, who won the Best Garden Visit Award, told us: “Our group visitors are very important to us, and it means so much to be recognised in this way. A sincere thank you to our group visitors for supporting Kew Gardens and to all those who took the time to vote.”
