Ticketing agent Encore has improved its Loyal Circle benefits scheme for GTOs, and is now offering the chance to win holidays in New York and London.
The Loyal Circle is exclusive to group travel organisers. The scheme is a point collection system, meaning that individuals build up points every time they book one of Encore’s offerings. These range from theatre trips to attractions such as Buckingham Palace and ZSL London Zoo, and points are built up over a period of two year intervals.
The Loyal Circle has been revamped to offer a wider range of benefits for those with a build-up of points. Encore now offers rewards like attractions and afternoon teas for the first time, as well as breaks in New York and London, plus more tickets to a wide range of West End shows.
Examples of point-bought benefits include one pair of tickets for a Monday to Thursday performance on selected London shows (500 points); one pair of tickets for any London show, plus a one night stay in a four star London hotel and a two-course dinner at an Encore partner restaurant (3,000 points); and two return flights to New York, two nights in a hotel and two tickets to a Broadway show (12,500 points).
Further benefits available to GTOs who are part of the Loyal Circle include invitations to show previews, question and answer sessions with cast members, and familiarisation trips.
Sergio Cicalo, Encore’s senior sales manager, said: “Points mean even better prizes for group travel organisers in our Loyal Circle rewards scheme. They could end up flying off to New York or being invited to an exclusive event.”
Group travel organisers can contact Encore’s groups department by calling 020-7492 1525 or by e-mailing groups@encore.co.uk.
