New attractions, tours and more
York’s Chocolate Story: indulge your group with a new VIP Chocolate Masterclass at York’s Chocolate Story, located in the heart of the city. Led by a skilled chocolatier, the session is said to be a truly luxurious experience. Alongside making some treats, your members will also find out about the history of York’s most famous chocolate-making families such as the Terry and Rowntree families.
The Loch Ness Centre: located in Drumnadrochit, the centre in Scotland is now fully open. Your group will step into the former Scottish Hotel and undertake a quest to discover the truth about Nessie. There is also the opportunity to board the ongoing exploration vessel Deepscan, which takes up to 12 passengers, for a cruise through the past 40 years of scientific research into the mysteries of Loch Ness.
Oxford Castle & Prison: there are new murder mystery and themed dining events to complement the live Shakespeare in the Castleyard performances which are back for the 14th year with three different productions this summer. Explore 1,000 years of the city’s history including the site itself which has held both famous and infamous residents.
The Real Mary King’s Close: private tours are available for groups at the attraction in Edinburgh. Located just off the famous Royal Mile, groups can explore a warren of uniquely preserved 17th century streets to find out what it was really like for the people who worked, lived and died here.
GreenWood Family Park: a new farm has opened at the attraction in North Wales. Ideal for family groups and those with younger members, GreenWood is set in 27 acres and features what is promoted as the UK’s only solar powered water ride.
Spinnaker Tower: if you haven’t been yet, the recently opened Sky Bar offers breathtaking views across the city, Solent, South Downs and Isle of Wight, enjoyed while sipping a cocktail of your choice. Plus, new group joint tickets have been launched with the D-Day Story in Southsea which is marking the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings this year.
