A-Rosa River Cruises has created its first ever dedicated brochure for group organisers and coach operators, offering passengers a range of experiences.
For over 20 years, A-Rosa has been offering a relaxed way to sail Europe’s most beautiful rivers including the Rhine, Moselle, Main, Danube, Seine, Rhone and Douro.
The new eight-page brochure, which can be requested by emailing hello@arosa-cruises.co.uk, offers tips, inspiration and all the necessary booking information for groups to enjoy a European sailing.
Michelle Daniels, sales director at A-Rosa River Cruises UK & Ireland, said: “Our relaxed, flexible style of river cruising is the perfect fit for group travel, and we offer a wide range of dates, rivers and itineraries.
“We have over 20 years of experience hosting groups on board from all over the world and we want to embrace this market segment even more in 2025. We have competitive rates and some exceptional group benefits which make a river cruise great value.”

A-Rosa’s fleet includes ships of a multitude of sizes offering plenty of space for all different types of groups. Some ships have large public spaces, which allow groups to sit together in the various restaurants, to enjoy the onboard entertainment together in the comfort of the Lounge, and for special dedicated group events to take place during the cruise. Most of the ships have a stage and dance floor.
What’s new?
For 2025, the river cruise line has new embarkation/disembarkation ports on several rivers which make joining one of its river cruises by air, rail or coach even easier.
On the Danube, groups will now join the ship in the pretty town of Passau which has great transport links from the UK.
Its newest ships, A-Rosa Alea and A-Rosa Clea are smaller than many in the fleet, offering a more intimate, boutique feel. On the Seine, A-Rosa Alea’s will home port in the heart of Paris and on the Rhine, while A-Rosa Clea will use Frankfurt as her main joining point.
Other popular joining points are Cologne on the Rhine, Lyon on the Rhone and Porto on the Douro.
Daniels added: “We have so much choice when it comes to transport options, rivers and vessels with easily accessible embarkation and disembarkation ports.
“Coach groups can park their coach at the embarkation port and their guests utilise A-Rosa’s extensive excursion programme, or their coach can follow the group – it is all very flexible. We are very happy to offer full training and support to group organisers and of course, we would be happy to discuss charter or part charter requirements.”
