The Live Every Minute homepage

A new website featuring a hand-picked collection of Yorkshire adventures, experiences and things to do is now available to browse online.

Groups visiting www.liveeveryminute.co.uk will find inspiration and information on outdoor adventure and activities in the UK's largest county.

The new website is said to be the only dedicated platform for Yorkshire experiences that are aimed at adventure seekers and active explorers.

Hiking, kayaking, wakeboarding, motorised trike tours and sky-diving are some of the featured activities.

Racing, foodie tours, husky mushing, and even llama trekking also feature among the growing 50-plus collection of activities on the new website.

Yorkshire is synonymous with the great outdoors. It has nearly a third of the total area of National Parks in England, covering 6,000 square miles. It’s also home to some of The Pennine Way, which goes all the way up to Scotland.

More about the new website

Live Every Minute has been developed by a Yorkshire-based travel company, and the team is headed up by national newspaper journalist James Ellis.

Ellis said: “Yorkshire is continually growing as a tourism destination and provides some of the most authentic and unique adventures and experiences for its visitors.

“We wanted to bring the best of those together in one collection to allow travellers to plan fun-packed, exciting trips to Yorkshire, whether it be a day trip, a weekend break or a longer stay.”

The site has an Editor’s Pick collection which includes experiences that will be individually road-tested by the team and must fit exacting criteria, including great customer service.

This section will be made up of video footage and photography created by and starring members of the website team.

Visitors taking inspiration from the website are encouraged to return following an activity and share their experiences online. A Live Every Minute community has been launched on a number of social media platforms too so active adventures can share photos on there also.
