The Norfolk settlement of Thursford will explode in a riot of sound and colour when the annual Christmas Spectacular gets under way in November.
More than 110,000 visitors are expected to flock to the village for a three hour festive extravaganza of music, variety, dance and comedy.
The show, which costs £1.8m to stage, is a firm favourite with GTOs and there are discounts available for groups.
The star attraction in 2018 is Vanessa Alvarez, a seventh generation circus performer who recently appeared at London’s South Bank at the world renowned Underbelly Festival. She will take to the Thursford stage to showcase her talent for juggling an array of props with her feet.
Vanessa will be followed by the biggest dance group ever to perform at Thursford, with the 100 professionals having high kicked and tap danced their way past 480 competitors at auditions to secure their place in the spotlight.
Norfolk’s much-loved comedian Paul Eastwood will compere the evening, which also features a Vegas-style variety show boasting 65 musical numbers ranging from rock ‘n’ roll and showtunes to the can can and carols.

And one of the Thursford Collection’s most prized possessions, The Mighty Wurlitzer with its 1339 pipes, will be a spectacle in its own right.
With more than 1.5 million rhinestones, 100 metres of feathers and 2,000 pom-poms already ordered, preparations are well under way for the show.
Each year the family-run Thursford estate serves up 35,000 mince pies, almost 19,000 mulled wines, and 24,000 tubs of ice cream to visitors.
The 41st Thursford Christmas Spectacular runs from 6th November until 23rd December, starting at 7pm with 2pm matinees.
