Crystal River Cruises has unveiled its enhanced schedule of 2019 voyages, with more seven-day options in addition to its traditional routes.
The voyages will start in March 2019 on the company’s fleet of five luxury river ships, including the Queen of the Danube, Crystal Mozart, plus four ‘Rhine Class’ sister ships, Crystal Bach, Crystal Mahler, Crystal Debussy and Crystal Ravel.
About the itineraries
Among the highlights of the fleet’s 2019 itineraries is the new Wonders of the Danube seven-day cruise, with overnight stays in Budapest and Linz, two full days in Vienna and calls to Krems and Melk, Austria and Bratislava, Slovakia.
In addition, the new Danube Dreams & Discoveries seven-day round trip to Vienna will venture from the Austrian city to Hungary’s Esztergom and Budapest (overnight), and Bratislava, before returning to Austria to visit Melk, Spitz (overnight) and Krems and concluding with an overnight in Vienna.
What’s more, the Magnificent Christmas Market cruise will showcase the sights and sounds of traditional seasonal festivities, visiting Passau, Vienna, Budapest and Linz.
Finally, the new Christmas holiday voyage, Grand Danube Celebration, will feature a double overnight stay in Budapest, with Christmas Day spent sailing the Danube River. On New Year’s Eve, Crystal Mahler will call in Regensburg, Germany, with other destinations including Bratislava, Vienna (overnight), Krems, Melk, Linz, Passau and ending with an overnight in Nuremberg.
Groups can also choose from an array of traditional itineraries, including the 16-day Grand Europe, the ten-day Splendours of the Rhine or the seven-day Tulips and Windmills round trip to Amsterdam.
