The Warwickshire Food & Drink Trade Show will take place this November, and will offer an array of exhibitors from across the West Midlands region.
The show will take place at Warwickshire Golf & Country Club on 22nd November, to offer visitors the opportunity to see country’s finest produce including cider, coffee, meat, soft drinks, cakes, pies, and preserves.
What can visitors expect?
Visitors going to the show will have the chance to try new items, produced for the first time at the show.
Among the exhibitors will be Springfield Kitchens, featuring a range of chutneys, jams and pickles suitable for coeliacs and vegans.
Purity Beers will be exhibiting in the main hall. The Alcester-based brewery has recently introduced its cask ales Pure UBU and Pure Gold across five of the Ricoh Arena’s concourse bars (Coventry).
Henley Chocolates, described as Warwickshire’s leading provider of hand crafted artisan chocolate, will also be at the show. The exhibitor makes products with fresh, local ingredients and even offers workshops where those with a sweet tooth can sample chocolate and try making their own.
The show will also involve a full programme of guest speakers talking about their area of expertise.
Speakers lined up include: Dr Rosemary Collier from The University of Warwick, Neil Williams from British Beer & Pub Association, Jeremy Eaton of Vital Marketing, Paula Kelsey from Cloud 9 Event Management, Ajay Desai of the Department for International Trade, and Prerna Carroll from IGD.
Helen Peters, CEO of Shakespeare’s England, said: “Our region boasts an exceptional range of local food and drink suppliers and this is the ideal platform for buyers to see the whole range all in one easy to reach venue.”
