The East Anglian Game & Country Fair will take place on the weekend of the 23rd and 24th April 2016, at The Norfolk Showground in Norwich.
The annual fair will feature various stalls and displays, with lots of opportunities for the public to get involved in country activities and competitions.
A new display for 2016 will be performed by The Royal Signals White Helmets, who are a team of 25 serving soldiers from the Royal Corps of Signals. The show is a mixture of balance, skill and coordination and will include a fire jump, quad jump and a 21 rider pyramid stack.
Country activities will range from clay shooting with John Bidwell’s High Lodge instructors, fly fishing with the Salmon and Trout Association, helicopter pleasure flights over the showground, ferret racing, archery, paintball and crossbows sessions.
Off road 4x4 courses in Land rovers will also be available and visitors will also have the chance to try their hand at air rifle shooting or holding a bird of prey.
Cookery workshops will be on offer in the game fair country kitchen with local chefs and celebrity chef Chris Coubrough will be making an appearance.
Jim Greenwood’s lurcher display will also be an option for visitors. Demonstrations will show that the lurcher is more than just a fast dog.
There will be over 300 shopping stands with a variety of products from fashion and footwear to eco products, fishing products and home improvement items.
