Admission prices for groups visiting Feast at Waddesdon Manor this June have been revealed.
Group travel organisers will benefit from discounted rates of £14 per person, covering entry into both the house and garden at Waddesdon, which is located in Buckinghamshire.
Feast will take place on 17th and 18th June from 10am until 5pm on both days.
Advanced group booking for this food festival is essential.
What to expect
Feast is a two day festival celebrating food, drink and entertainment, all inspired by Waddesdon’s creator, Baron Ferdinand’s annual garden parties.
The event will see the north front of Waddesdon Manor transformed with decorated tables for visitors to take a seat at and enjoy a picnic or sample some of the food on offer from one of the artisan food and wine stalls.
There will be a range of performances, as well as activities for all the family.
Waddesdon Manor is described as synonymous with entertaining, having been built for Baron Ferdinand’s infamous ‘Saturday to Monday parties’. Guests will be able to celebrate both culinary delights, and the picturesque setting of Waddesdon, plus explore the grounds and walk through the manor to find out about its long history.
More at Waddesdon
New to Waddesdon Manor this year is the Treaterie: a space in the stables serving freshly made sweet treats and delicacies.
Groups can indulge in crêpes and waffles, ice-cream, cakes, pastries, macarons, fudge and sweets. All are made in-house and served in what’s described as a modern and relaxed setting.
A Manor Kitchen Discovery Talk is also available for groups this year. Experience what life was like in Waddesdon’s historic kitchens while preparing for an 1890s weekend house party, and discover how the fabric of these rooms is cared for today.
This talk includes coffee/tea and pastries and is available from Wednesday to Friday.
