Groups taking part in rum tastings will sample three different samples and additional spirits can be added.

Parties of up to 40 people can take part and it is available to book from April.

The session starts with a welcome drink as guests are taught how spirits are made, followed by a guided tasting of three different rums, including one of the distillery’s special cask-aged releases. Three further spirits, or an extra rum and mixer can be added to the session at an additional cost. The experience lasts for one hour.

Judith’s School of Spirits is located at Number One High Street and houses the distillery shop and tasting rooms. Visitors can immerse themselves in Shakespearean history as part of the trip.
