Tour operators and group travel organisers from all over the country are being invited to a special tourism event, which will take place at RHS Wisley, near Woking, next April.

RHS Wisley

Organised by UK travel trade specialist Steve Reed Tourism Ltd, The Group Travel Forum will take place on Monday 3rd April 2017.

The event will allow attractions, hotels, and destinations to come face to face with travel planners to discuss group opportunities and bookings.

Already confirmed to attend the forum are the Royal Mint, Marwell Wildlife from Hampshire, De Vere Venues, Guildford Tourism, the Association of Group Travel Organisers (AGTO), Ena Mill Retail from Manchester, Waddesdon Manor from Buckinghamshire, the National Memorial Arboretum and Denbies Vineyard from Surrey.

Further familiar names are expected to sign up over the coming months.

The forum will also give attendees free admission to RHS Wisley and the opportunity to join a guided tour of the gardens.

Car parking will be free for attendees on the day and coach and tour company Epsom Coaches will be providing return transport for rail users and non-car users between Woking station and RHS Wisley on the day.

“’We selected the venue very carefully and decided that Wisley was the perfect place for the Group Travel Forum,” explains Steve Reed. “It is certainly one of the best in the country and has everything that groups like about an attraction.

“We’ve been in business for 17 years now, working all over the UK and sometimes beyond - arranging many roadshows, showcases, workshops and now group travel forums over those years - and this event should be one of the best.”
