The Group Organiser’s Guide, released by tour operator HF Holidays features UK destinations including St Ives and Glen Coe as well as tours further afield in Norway and Slovenia.
The operator says the new guide is designed to help group organisers take “the first step to having an enjoyable and memorable holiday” for groups of eight or more, or 10 or more for UK holidays at one of its 17 country houses.
Groups staying in Freshwater Bay House on the Isle of Wight can expect sea views as well as a range of coastal and inland walks including the southwest coast path.
Other UK highlights include Holnicote House, a historic National Trust property set within extensive gardens in the heart of Exmoor National Park, as well as Newfield Hall in Malham, Yorkshire.
Further afield, groups can stay half-board in en-suite accommodation on the Lofoten Islands in Norway with the itinerary featuring a choice of walks taking in the lakes and mountains.
Group organisers can choose from a collection of guided walking holidays, including Gentle Guided Walking, Guided Walking with Sightseeing and Guided Trails, suitable for a range of levels and abilities.
Special Interest holidays include experiences and tours ranging from Heritage Tours, Art & Crafts and Book Clubs to Dancing, Singing & Music and Mind & Body which can be tailor-made for larger groups.
Group discounts and benefits
The guide provides details of the benefits and services available to groups which include a free room upgrade and an optional pre-arrival familiarisation visit at discounted prices. There’s also priority booking, one free place for every 15 adults and exclusive occupancy of all HF Holidays country houses (minimum numbers apply).
Earlier this year the operator launched its 2021 UK tours for groups including specialist interest holidays and a range of guided trails and island hopping trips.
