The Brighton Centre has announced that the touring company, Holiday on Ice, will return to Brighton in January 2017 with a new show called Believe.

Believe will be directed by Olympic and four-time world champion Christopher Dean, and will bring the Shakespeare classic, Romeo and Juliet, to the ice – with a modern twist.

The fast-paced show will feature Olympic level choreography with live music, themed décor, glam costumes and hi-tech special effects to tell the story of desire, jealously and true love.

Director and choreographer Christopher Dean will orchestrate a creative team consisting of music director Stephen Emmer, costume designer Nicolas Vaudelet and artistic director Bart Doerfler.

Believe is also the first show that Christopher Dean and Holiday on Ice producers Stage Entertainment will work on together.

Christopher Dean commented: “I’ve been on the ice for 47 years, performing in shows, training and choreographing others but now I look forward to creating a new Holiday on Ice show with the best skaters in the world.”

The show will open at The Brighton Centre on Wednesday 4th January and run until Sunday 8th January.

Group tickets are available now, with discount available for groups of ten or more.
