The Gatehouse at New Place

Groups who have been looking forward to the opening of Shakespeare’s New Place in Stratford-upon-Avon need wait no more; the attraction is now officially open to the public.

New Place encompasses a new exhibition, beautiful gardens and specially-commissioned artworks.

It’s been created to mark the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death, and is located on the site where the playwright had his family home for 19 years.

Here’s a sneak-peek at what Shakespeare’s New Place looks like:

Group rates

Special rates are available for groups hoping to visit Shakespeare’s New Place when tickets are purchased in advance.

Parties of 15 or more will benefit from a 15 per cent discount when booking within 14 days of their visit, and can receive an additional ten per cent discount when booking and paying for a visit at least 14 days in advance.

Other benefits for group tour organisers include free familiarisation visits, free admission for organisers and drivers, and free coach parking for groups visiting Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and Mary Arden’s Farm.
