The 2018 Group Leisure & Travel Show (GLTS) has reported another busy period of exhibitor bookings, as the show heads towards its next and much anticipated presentation at the NEC on Thursday 11th October.
Amongst many big names keen to give group organisers, coach operators and travel buyers a warm welcome to the NEC, will be the Eden Project, Lowther Castle & Gardens, Mackenzie Hotels, Westminster Abbey and Visit Buckinghamshire, who are just some of the latest additions to the exhibitor list, offering a varied and unique range of specialist information and offers to visitors, who can review all that is best in group travel, both in the UK and overseas, all under one roof.
Exhibition sales manager Sharon Yandell revealed yet more positive news by confirming that GLTS advance stand sales have exceeded expectations and are well up on this time last year. Sharon comments: “Indications are for another sell-out event this year as venues, tour operators, attractions, theatres and specialist companies come together to meet, help and advise our visitors.
In addition to exhibitors at the GLTS, visitors can look forward to this year’s celebrity speaker line-up in the seminar theatre, which features travel expert and broadcaster Simon Calder; TV gardener and presenter Carol Klein; as well as TV personality and author, Gyles Brandreth. The highly entertaining talks at GLTS are free and will be open to all visitors.
The GLTS is the biggest group travel exhibition of its kind in the UK and remains the must-attend annual event for those serious about group travel. Visitors can register for free entry now at www.grouptravelshow.com/register.
Free coach travel will also be offered to the event at the NEC from selected destinations and details of routes and times will be announced via the show website in the near future. Pre-registered visitors can also qualify for free parking at the NEC. A free bacon butty breakfast is also provided for visitors arriving before 11.00am.
