The river boat cruise company, Sabrina, has recently announced the launch of two new packages for groups visiting Shrewsbury and Shropshire in 2017.
Sabrina has been working with three new partners including Shrewsbury Market Hall, The Lion Hotel and Blists Hill Victorian Town in order to provide some alternative options for group visits next year.
The first new package will be a cream tea partnership with Shrewsbury Market Hall.
It will involve a 45 minute cruise on board Sabrina followed by a cream tea at The Market Buffet Café which is located within Shrewsbury Market Hall.
The Market Hall is home to a selection of traders offering fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, books, china, antiques, contemporary crafts and interior furnishings.
The second new package will include a trip to the Blists Hill Victorian Town in Shropshire which involves a recreated Victorian town for groups to explore.
Groups taking part in this package will also get to see Shrewsbury and Ironbridge during their visit, as well as setting sail on a 45 minute cruise on Sabrina that will include afternoon tea.
Other Sabrina packages
Day and evening boat trips can be arranged and there is an array of packages to cater to a variety of group interests.
Day trips on Sabrina can also be joined with visits to Shrewsbury Castle, the Welsh Bridge, the Quantum Leap, Theatre Severn and Porthill Bridge.
On evening trips, visitors can experience Ghost Cruises where a guide will take passengers along the river Severn, giving talks about the haunted locations that can be seen around Shrewsbury.
Groups can also enjoy music evenings with Sabrina, which include a three hour cruise whilst listening to a live band.
