This year will mark the fourth year of The Chocolate Show in London, celebrating talented chocolatiers and confectioners from around the world.
The Chocolate Show is described as a celebration of chocolate in all its forms, from bars, truffles, cakes and desserts, to ice cream, baking, cocktails, and sculptures.
This year’s event will take place at Olympia National Hall from 14th to 16th October.
Groups visiting the show can sample British and international brands, as well as see demonstrations from renowned artisans, chefs and cocoa experts, who are all there to share a passion for chocolate.
Last year's demonstrators included celebrity chef Atul Kochhar, Great British Bake Off winners John Whaite and Edd Kimber, plus top chocolatier Will Torrent and pastry chefs from restaurants like The Fat Duck, Atelier de Joel Robuchon and The Berkeley.
Groups will have the chance to watch chocolate cookery classes, attend pastry workshops and witness the Chocolate Fashion Show.
The latter will see pairings of fashion designers and chocolatiers who have created outfits made entirely out of chocolate. The fashion show will take place at 5pm on each of the three days.
Visitors can also speak to and learn from industry food writers and chocolate experts.
For the first time, a panel of experts will decide on a Chocolate Dessert of the Year. This competition is said to be the first competition of its kind to grace the UK scene and will particularly highlight the role of the pastry chef within the chocolate industry.
